The Central Russian Language School is based in London and specialises in teaching the Russian language. You will be taught by teachers who are native Russian speakers and are qualified and experienced in teaching Russian as a foreign language.

We offer a wide range of evening group courses at our school catering for all levels of Russian language training, from Beginners, through Elementary and Intermediates, to Advanced and Conversational classes.

If you need to make quicker progress in learning the Russian language, we offer Individual Tuition and Intensive Crash Courses in a London location of your choice. Our students are motivated for business reasons, for holidays or simply because they love the Russian language. Our Russian language individual tuition programme offers a wide range of flexible training, tailored to your level and to your needs, from Beginners, through Elementary and Intermediates, to Advanced and Conversational classes. Lessons can be arranged at any time and place to suit you.

You will benefit from the teacher´s full attention and will make quicker progress than in a group course. Our teachers are native Russian speakers and are qualified and experienced in teaching Russian as a foreign language.
Group Courses

Group Courses

The Central Russian Language School offers a range of evening Russian Language Group Courses to suit all ability levels, from Beginners, through Elementary and Intermediates, to Advanced and Conversational classes. You will be taught by teachers who are native Russian speakers and are qualified and experienced in teaching Russian as a foreign language. Class sizes vary from 5 to 10 students.

Beginners Course:

The Beginners Course is for those who have never studied the Russian language before and have no knowledge of the Cyrillic alphabet. During the course students will learn the Russian alphabet and some basics of the Russian grammar. At the end of the course students should be able to read, introduce themselves, count to 100, be able to form simple sentences to describe their families, where they live and what they do. Using some memorized phrases students should be able to ask for directions, order a meal, give their phone numbers, ask for the time, and enquire about prices.
