About the Business
ITTC was founded in 1984 to provide high quality English language teacher training courses leading to the Cambridge Certificate and Diploma qualifications. Since then, we have increased the range of courses we offer and grown in size and reputation. Now, hundreds of teachers pass through our doors each year and benefit from the training we offer.
Alpha Lodge was purchased in 2011 and developed as a specialised teacher training centre. We continue to work closely with BEET, ensuring that both trainers and trainees have an ongoing working relationship with a thriving and busy language school.
We have a team of permanent trainers at the centre. This means that you can get support both before and after your course. All tutors at ITTC are highly qualified, with a wide range of experience, both teaching overseas and in the UK. Many of the tutors involved on CELTA courses are either senior assessors or assessors for the CELTA scheme.
