We are a small and friendly professional English Language School which proposes a wide panel of courses of General English, Academic English, IELTS / Cambridge exam preparations, Business English, Junior Learner Programme and Ladies Only Classes. There is also the possibility to have one-to-one bespoke lessons. In our institution we treat all our students as individuals and offer a friendly, stimulating and supportive environment for our students to make the most of their experience in the UK.

Located around 90 minutes away from London, Portsmouth is a dynamic and vibrant city on the south coast of England. It is an ideal place to learn English. Evening English

Our Evening Classes are perfect for people who do not have time during the day, maybe because of work or university commitments. This course is aimed at developing all the four language skills of reading, writing, speaking and listening as well as improving grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation.

Our evening classes are easy to fit into a busy schedule and are designed to help you to develop your confidence when using English in different everyday situations.

General English Courses

General English Courses

Our General English course concentrates on the four learning skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking. The levels of the classes are from A1 (Beginner) to C2 (Proficiency). If you are a complete beginner, you can also join the course. Please see our website for the start dates of the Beginner courses.

The aims of the General English classes are to:

  • improve your knowledge of grammar.
  • expand your vocabulary.
  • perfect your pronunciation and communication skills.
  • record your progress via a weekly test.
